Genetec Software Maintenance Agreement

9.1 The customer is responsible for providing first-level support to its customers. Genetec provides support during the warranty period under the terms of its standard warranty service level, as set forth in the corresponding section of Genetec`s price list. The customer can purchase from Genetec, at its current rates, a software maintenance contract including unlimited support. 15.4 This Agreement constitutes, together with all other documents and exhibits incorporated therein by reference, the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter of this Agreement. All prior written or oral agreements or arrangements between the parties regarding the subject matter of this document are expressly void. „related enterprise“ means any business entity that controls, controls or controls from time to time one of the parties. . . .
